Terms of Sale — Digital Assets

Lazarus Intel V16 ("the Operator") supplies cryptographically certified digital image assets ("Assets"). Every purchase constitutes a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium under Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. What you acquire

Purchase grants a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Asset within the scope of the acquired tier. The Operator retains all copyright and intellectual property. The Asset — the file, its embedded certification, and its provenance record — is delivered; ownership of the underlying work is not transferred.

2. License scope by tier

TierPriceLicense scope
AWAKENED€8.99Personal use. Display, print, private collections. No commercial exploitation.
ACTIVATED€18.99Personal and digital commercial use: web, social media, editorial, up to 100,000 impressions.

TRANSCENDENT€79Extended commercial use: unlimited print, broadcast, packaging, merchandising.
SOURCE€199Sovereign grade: exclusive certified edition, full commercial scope, PGP-signed provenance certificate, priority licensing terms.

3. Prohibited uses — all tiers

4. Delivery

Assets are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout following payment confirmation. Delivery is deemed complete when the download link or file is made available.

5. Conformity guarantee

Under EU law, digital content carries a legal guarantee of conformity. If an Asset is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its published specification, you are entitled to re-delivery of a conforming copy or, failing that, a refund. This guarantee is unconditional and cannot be waived. Report conformity issues through the contact channel identified in Doc 04.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. EU right of withdrawal — and its waiver

EU/EEA consumers normally hold a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is extinguished once performance has begun, where the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 103.m, Spanish General Consumer Law).

Recorded at checkout "I request immediate delivery of the digital Asset and acknowledge that once delivery begins I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal."

This consent is recorded and confirmed in your purchase receipt. Once the Asset is delivered or downloaded, the sale is final.

2. If consent is not given

If the waiver is not confirmed at checkout, delivery is deferred until the 14-day withdrawal period lapses, or until consent is given — whichever occurs first.

3. Voluntary goodwill window

Independently of statutory rights, the Operator voluntarily accepts refund requests within 48 hours of purchase, provided the Asset has not been downloaded or accessed. This goodwill window exceeds legal requirements and may be withdrawn in cases of abuse.

4. Defective Assets

The conformity guarantee (Doc 01, §5) always applies: corrupted or non-conforming Assets are re-delivered or refunded regardless of the waiver. Final sale means final for change of mind — never for defects.

5. How to submit a request

Contact the operator channel with your order reference (Stripe receipt number) and the email used at purchase. Requests are answered within 72 hours. Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method.
